HOW TO USE
LAY DOWN ON ARCH
Sit with your back to the arch. Slowly lie back onto the support arch with your knees bent. You can directly touch the acupuncture lumbar plate with your back
When you are in a stretching position that feels comfortable, breathe normally & relax. You can secure the wide end of the base against your knees.
When Position hands as shown for easy arch adjustment. Raise your arms over your head & shoulders & rest them as close to the floor as you can for an additional stretch.
ROLL-OFF & RECOVER
Lay the base & support arch on a secured mat or rug. Roll onto your side & off the back support. Sit up gradually & rest for 30 seconds before standing.
The Simplee™ Correct can bear up to 150kg(330LB).
Use the device 1-2 times a day for 5-10 minutes a session.
Levels 2 and 3 should only be used after you are comfortable with level 1.
